Tickets are now on sale for this year’s Hall of Fame induction dinner and concert in Truro in mid September.

“Again this year we have a great slate of inductees whose talents will make for an enjoyable evening of classic country music,” said Hall of Fame President Roger Bleasdale. “Before the show, everyone will enjoy a full course turkey dinner. Tickets for the evening, including the dinner and concert, are $60 (sixty) dollars.”

The event is being held at the Best Western Glengarry hotel, 150 Willow Street in Truro on Saturday, September 14th. Doors will open at 4:00 o’clock, dinner is at 5:00 PM and the induction show will start at 7:00 PM

This year’s inductees are singer Cecil MacDougall of Dartmouth, instrumentalist Bob McDonald of Dartmouth, builder/promoter Clayton Lewis of Weymouth, and singer John Snyder of Enfield.

If you know of an up-and-coming young performer who could use a new guitar, the NSCMHF would like to help. A brand new Epiphone guitar has been donated by the family of the late inductee Ralph Conrod with the intent that it be awarded to a youthful performer. To nominate a deserving young person, simply submit their name and home phone number with a line or two as to why they are deserving and mail it to us by midnight Saturday, June 1st.
